Where I’ve led. What I’ve delivered.

Across technology, hardware and SaaS businesses, I’ve shaped product and marketing strategy, integrated brands, built commercial functions and improved profitability. My responsibilities have grown from individual programs to global teams and full P&L ownership, working across sales, channel partners and customer experience.

01Nice Group

Nice North America, 2019–2026

Managing Director, ProAV Solutions

2024 — 2026 · Nice North America ↗ I created the global ProAV Solutions division in 2024, bringing Furman and Gefen together under full P&L responsibility. My remit covered business strategy, product, sales, marketing and operations across international markets. I established the division’s operating structure, renewed its product and commercial plans, and strengthened profitability while continuing as CMO through the end of 2024.
  • Increased division EBITDA margin by approximately nine percentage points and gross margin by roughly four points, with revenue finishing approximately 3% above plan.
  • Built a cross-functional operating structure spanning product, sales, marketing and technical resources. Established shared performance measures and business reviews to coordinate priorities, track execution and hold teams accountable across reporting lines.
  • Developed distinct market strategies for Furman and Gefen, building on their established reputations while renewing their positioning and product direction. Furman’s strategy emphasized its roots in music and performance; Gefen’s focused on advanced connectivity and signal distribution across commercial applications.
  • Secured investment to renew the product roadmap and align development with market opportunities. The team launched 23 products in 18 months — 17 Gefen and six Furman — including Gefen’s Gen3 AVoIP line, which earned Future’s Best of Show for AV Technology at InfoComm 2025.
  • Took final approval of pricing and strategic deals, reset discounting practices and rebuilt sales compensation to reward healthier margins. Discretionary discounting fell by roughly half.
  • Created Authorized Internet Reseller and Unilateral Pricing Policy programs to address unauthorized online selling, price erosion and channel protection. Reworked market-development funding and partner incentives to support investment in the brands.
  • Developed campaigns across direct, partner and distribution channels, including co-branded programs with strategic accounts. Connected brand positioning with the resources and commercial programs partners needed to sell.
  • Expanded distributor and reseller partnerships across North America, EMEA and APAC. Directly owned the APAC sales quota and grew regional sales 20% year over year.
  • Strengthened supplier relationships and commercial terms to improve product-development timing, lead times, costs and payment terms.

The division was integrated into Nice North America’s core business in January 2026, following the establishment of its operating structure, renewed product portfolio and stronger profitability.

“We are confident in this move as well as Mark’s vision and ability to lead and win.”

  • Built the teams, programs and resources behind repeated recognition for partner support. In 2023, Nice earned its third consecutive CE Pro Platinum award for sales and marketing assistance, alongside Silver for technical support, with further recognition in 2024.
